Gambaran Kejadian Hipotermi pada Pasien Sectio Caesarea di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Brebes

Sectio caesarea is a surgical procedure to deliver a fetus by opening the abdominal wall and uterine wall. The operation is carried out with the aim of ensuring that the safety of the mother and baby can be handled properly. Hypothermia is a condition where the body's mechanism for regulating temperature has difficulty coping with the stress of cold temperatures. Hypothermia can also be defined as an internal body temperature below 36°C. The type of research used in this research is descriptive analytical with a quantitative approach. Method: This research uses a cross sectional approach. Results: This research shows that the majority of respondents who underwent caesarean section were aged 20-25 years, namely 15 respondents (45.5%), while those aged 26-35 years were 18 respondents (54.5%). Conclusion: Age and body mass index greatly influence the incidence of hypotherm.
