This document introduces the training plan for PathOS. This is the first version of the initial activity plan for the PathOS training program. The training plan will be updated (in M23) to include more comprehensive details and reflect evolving project needs. For now, this training plan focuses on the Handbook of Open Science Indicators and the Cost-Benefit Analysis for Open Science.

The training’s main objectives are to equip targeted user groups with the knowledge, skills and guidance needed to use the PathOS outputs, to maximise their uptake in the long-term, and hence their impact. The plan outlines the learning objectives and expected outcomes of interactive sessions and training events and identifies the key target audience and users of the main PathOS outputs. It also covers various training topics/themes, training methods and formats, and ultimately, assessment and evaluation strategies to ensure the sustainability and long-term legacy of the key project outputs.
