  "title": "ATTRIBUTIONS MADE FOR: Anfibiofauna endémica frente al cambio climático: análisis de sensibilidad e incertidumbre",
  "description": "<p>El presente trabajo tiene por objetivo modelar parte del nicho ecológico para generar distribuciones potenciales de la anfibio-fauna endémica a México, tanto para el presente como para tres periodos en el futuro (2039, 2069 y 2099), bajo un conjunto de simulaciones de cambio climático. Los modelos de nicho ecológico se generarán utilizando las técnicas más recientes a través de la plataforma BIOMOD (Biodivesity Modelling), en la cual se pueden generar modelos utilizando nueve algoritmos diferentes, incluyendo los cuatro algoritmos más comúnmente utilizados en modelaciones estadísticas (GLM, GAM, CTA, ANN, SRE, GBM, randomForest, MDA, MARS). En la plataforma BIOMOD se pueden generar pseudo-ausencias, además tendremos la ventaja de poder usar diferentes estadísticos para evaluar los modelos (AUC, Kappa, TSS). A su vez se podrá calcular la sensibilidad de las predicciones a las condiciones iniciales del modelado, también se podrá saber la incertidumbre de los modelos. Posteriormente se ensamblarán dichos modelos para generar distribuciones potenciales robustas utilizando el promedio ponderado. Los modelos de nicho ecológico se proyectarán en el futuro utilizando 10 modelos diferentes de cambio climático y dos escenarios de emisiones A1B y A2. Con los datos anteriores se calculará la sensibilidad de las áreas de distribución de los anfibios endémicos pare los tres periodos futuros (2039, 2069 y 2099). Al finalizar el proyecto se obtendrán mil modelos de distribución potencial, 250 modelos para el presente, y 250 para cada uno de los periodos propuestos, todos los modelos serán resultado de consensos ponderados.
