# The Mdat, Tdat, and Odat were the processed data for the multiplex immunohistochemistry (mIHC) staining of M panel, T panel and O panel described in "Spatial distribution pattern of immune cells is associated with patient prognosis in colorectal cancer". The file contains following columns: Sample_Name -Sample ID. Tissue_Category -Tissue segment category. Area -Tissue area, used for cell density calculation. Slide_ID -The tissue microarray (TMA) ID, sur05 or sur10. Phenotype -The identified phenotype. Cell_ID -The cell ID. Cell_X_Position -The X location of the center of the cell. Cell_Y_Position -The Y location of the center of the cell. Category_Region_ID -Displays the Region ID of the tissue category the segmented object is in. Distance_from_Process_Region_Edge_(microns) -The distance, in microns, from the center of this region's bounding box to the nearest edge of the containing process region. Displays #N/A if the distance cannot be determined. Distance_from_Tissue_Category_Edge_(microns) -The distance, in microns, from the segmented object to the nearest edge of the tissue category. Note that if the distance is reported as #N/A, this indicates that the distance is unknown or indeterminate, for example if a cell is in a tissue region that abuts the edge of the image. Fluorescence_Intensity_marker -The fluorescence intensity level of each marker gene. Score_marker -Score level (0-3) used for H-score calculation.
