Abstract (English)
This article investigates the evolution of classical ballet teaching methodologies from their traditional roots to contemporary practices, emphasizing the transition towards holistic and scientifically informed pedagogies. The study employs a historical analysis of pedagogical methods alongside a qualitative assessment of modern educational innovations within ballet training. The main findings illustrate a shift from rigid instructional techniques to approaches that prioritize the physical, emotional, and intellectual development of students. This research introduces a novel teaching methodology focused on health, developmental appropriateness, and the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical application. Conclusively, the paper argues for a pedagogical paradigm shift in ballet education, advocating for methods that ensure the well-being and comprehensive development of dancers. The novelty of this work lies in its integration of traditional ballet education principles with modern child-centered pedagogical theories, providing a foundation for future educational practices in the performing arts.
