கருக்கு பாமாவின் எழுத்துக் கலகம் / Bama's Karukku as a Literary Rebellion

Description

It is a little worrying that in the same work that India is proud of being a country with great development in the field of science and a country that can be noticed by its neighbors, it is identified as a country where caste oppression and sexual violence are taking place.  To change the situation, the number of those who raise the voice of liberation is increasing in order to remove the grievances of the oppressed and excluded people, to create awareness among the mothers.  The emancipation of Dalits and the struggle for it are the themes of Dalit literature.  To get this freedom, it is a basic requirement to break the culturally imposed concepts, rules and revolt.  It is well known that the two concepts of literature written about Dalits as Dalit literature or literature written by Dalits as Dalit literature prevail in the Tamil creative environment. The term Dalit was used to refer to the lower caste population subjected to brutality of untouchability in the name of caste and has now become a symbol of militancy and anti-caste.  These voices of protest are mostly caste related and women related.  With the aim of liberating them from the slavery and caste oppression imposed on them for ages, some creative people raise their voice of rebellion through writing.  It cannot be denied that this trend of creation gives literature its unique place and distinction.
