LEGAL MECHANISMS OF ACTIVITY OF LEGAL TECHNICAL SCHOOLS

This article reflects on the focus on education in our country, on regulatory documents related to the organization of activities of professional educational institutions, in particular legal equipment, on the transfer of training to a credit-modular system, on the direct establishment of TSUL for educational and scientific activities of legal equipment, on the responsibility of Regional Justice Departments for other organizational issues.
