The folders

wt_2_3, l3_0p05_3, ... 

contain movies split for separate locations in flow cell;
where applicable, flow goes from left to right (see flowcode)

Tif files within these folders correspond to one location & flow rate:

- 01_03_0p5x_D.tif -> to be read as:
	flow rate code 01 (consider “flow_rates.xlsx”)
	location 03
	imaging rate 0.5 frames per second
	channel MinD (Cy3)
- 00_07_E.tif -> to be read as:
	flow rate code 00 (i.e. no flow)
	location 07
	imaging rate 1 frames per second
	channel MinE (Cy5)
	no “…x” in filename -> 1 frame per 1 second (default)
  etc.

Flow rates corresponding to flow rate codes can be found in
the file “flow_rates.xlsx”

The folders

wt_2_3_step1_cln_new_local_velocity,
l3_0p05_3_step5_cln_new_local_velocity, ... 

contain velocity analysis performed on cleaned data (with bandpass filter);
slicing step N (skipping N frames in velocity analysis; 1 means no skipping);
shown velocity wheels for range of -1500nm/s until +1500nm/s in x and y direction:
image data acquired at channel edges was excluded from velocity analysis
