data_extraction: contains C++ code to extract data from MorphagraphX segmentations and the segmentations themself.
data_conversion: contains Matlab code to convert data into matlab formate. Also computes the weights of the discreet Laplace operator.
data_analysis: code to analyze data and their results.
The three parts can be used independently. If you are mainly interested by the analysis, you can ignore the two other archives.
