This document outlines and describes the evaluation and impact assessment framework and related processes for the Urban ReLeaf city pilots, providing the procedural and methodological basis for conducting and reporting the outcomes of the ex-post-evaluation and assessment. The evaluation framework includes, amongst others, the Urban ReLeaf approach to capturing
impacts to society, economy, environment, science and technology, and governance using the MICS approach. More specific impacts of city pilots on urban governance and policy and the acceptance and uptake of citizen observations in public and authoritative processes are captured via a tailored approach. This report outlines the process for devising such a tailored approach.
