The excel file provides the full list of filtering rules applicable to all IUCLID fields relevant in EU pesticides submissions for the following working contexts:
\nEU PPP Active Substance Application (product)
\nEU PPP Microorganism - Active Substance Application (product)
\nEU PPP MRL application
\nEU PPP Basic substance application
\nThe filtering rules establish whether the data in each field are published by default, can be claimed confidential or are subject to more sophisticated publication rules. All applicable rules are described in the dedicated “Guideline” Tab in the excel. This file can be used in conjunction with the IUCLID tool 'Dissemination Preview'.
\nN.B. The filtering rules were last updated in April 2024 for IUCLID 6 v.8 with the addition of the following:
\n· IMP_PPP relevant for data on impurities
\n· ANALYTICAL_METHODS which publishes more/less information from the “Materials and Methods” and “Results and Discussion” sections depending on the Endpoint
\n· UNLESS_CONF reduction: more fields are set to PUBLISHED than in the past (full details in the third Tab of the excel)
\n· AUXILIARY Rules switched off: we will now publish data in the “Other” or “Remarks” fields associated with dropdown lists
