Notes

Note: In previous versions of this respository, the file "cfxphts_fragfiles.tar" contained processed/filtered BED files generated from step 3 (03-filter-frags_gc.sh), rather than the intended output of step 2 (02-bamtobed.sh). This has been corrected in the current version, which now contains the appropriate BEDPE-formatted fragment files. 

This approach was done because majority of patients in our study did not consent to publicly share their raw genomic data. Thus, we provided de-identified fragment files to enable reproducibility while respeecting participant privacy. We apologize for any confusion or inconvience this may have caused.
