Description
Deliverable D4.1 intends to contribute towards the existing knowledge on crisis management through the lens of hybridity. By doing this, it aims to conceptualise and operationalise a key independent variable within the ROBUST project – hybridity. Together with inputs from WP3 and WP5, it will also feed into building an analytical framework for empirically studying robust crisis responses in WP6.
