Affiliation: Department of Fibre and Polymer Technology, School of Engineering Sciences in Chemistry, Biotechnology and Health, KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Teknikringen, 56-58, SE 10044 Stockholm, Sweden General description: This folder contains raw data for the paper titled "Schiff Base Crosslinked Hyaluronic Acid Hydrogels with Tunable and Cell Instructive Time-Dependent Mechanical Properties" authored by Taha Behroozi Kohlan, Yanru Wen, Carina Milena Mini, and Anna Finne-Wistrand, published in Carbohydrate Polymers journal. Guide to the folder: The raw data presented here contains NMR, FTIR, SEC, swelling and stability, and rheology data used to create figures. Similar to the paper, DAB stands for diaminobutane, ADH for adipic acid dihydrazide, and PDO for Propanediylbishydroxylamine dihydrochloride. The subfolders in the zipped file are NMR data. The names of the samples are to be interpreted as follows: HA13 and HA50 are the same as the paper, and the number shows the degree of substitution. The act is acetal-modified, Ald is aldehyde-modified, and carb is carbazate-modified samples. Most files in the zipped folder are rheology results with *.tri format. They can be opened with TA instruments software, TRIOS. The names of the files follow the paper. The first percentage is DS; the second is concentration. Files with *.ASC and *.sp formats are FTIR spectra, which are usable by the software SPECTRUM. The naming follows the same as other files. *.txt files are SEC data obtained, as explained in the paper. Two origin files are the raw data obtained from swelling and stability tests.
