On 29 February 2024, Jennifer Edmond, Associate Professor of Digital Humanities at Trinity Colelge Dublin & KT4D Coordinator, along with Alberto Bettiol, Partner at ICT Legal Consulting, and Kate Francis, Privacy and Ethics Researcher at ICT Legal Consulting, highlighted guidelines to follow and strategies to implement to help researchers better understand the nuanced landscape of ethical data compliance.
