WP2A11 Policy brief: Higher education in humanitarian crises: resilience, social inclusion, innovation

The policy brief offers recommendations for Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) regarding the organization of citizen engagement activities, drawing from 23 social actions implemented by the Baltics4UA consortium.
