Python script to calculate graphite diamond thermodynamics and core mantle boundary pressures for Mercury

Description

The input data for the calculation is from Goossens et al. (2022) (10.3847/PSJ/ac4bb8), which is deposited in the NASA archive (https://pgda.gsfc.nasa.gov). A data format convertion is needed from Pandas package (read_csv).

To use the script correctly, the following packages are needed:

  • Scipy
  • Pandas
  • Numpy
  • Seaborn
  • Matplotlib
