Tingley Any questions should be directed to Morgan Tingley at mtingley@ucla.edu There are 12 R scripts associated with this work, including: 1. 1_LABuffer.R - Create a 200 km buffer around Los Angeles 2. 2_GISProcessing.R - Process the raw GIS layers to calculate the urban index 3. 3_UrbanPCA.R - Calculate the spatial PCA of urban intensity 4. 4_iNat_query.R - Download iNaturalist data for target taxa within study region 5. 5_iNat_clean.R - Take raw iNaturalist data and do an initial cleaning of data to species-level 6. 6_DeepClean.R - Take cleaned iNaturalist data and eliminated non-native species, other excluded species, and records with missing key data 7. 7_Effort.R - Create taxa-specific occurrence matrices across entire SoCal study area at 0.25-mi grid 8. 8_UAI.R - Calculate UAI scores for each taxa based off of Effort & Grid 9. 9_CUTI.R - Calculate CUTI index for all taxa in Los Angeles 10. 10_PostAnalyses.R - A bunch of analyses and summaries of the data product used in the manuscript including figures 11. 11_AffinityFig.R - Create figure of UAI versus occurrence for 3 example species 12. 12_SummaryTables.R - Creation of 2 summary tables for manuscript There are 3 additional files in this supplemental data repository: 1.
