The data used to produce all graphs in the main text and supplemental information for the paper linked to this dataset are found here.

For the majority of figures (i.e. except those listed below), the data to reproduce the figure is found in a .csv file with the filename corresponding to the figure part. Each file has headers detailing the data in that part of the spreadsheet.

For figure S8-S10 and figure S13 data is in a .tbz2 file which needs to be unzipped. For each file here there is a separate readme present within the folder.

For Figure 4d-f and Figure S19 data is stored in a .zip file which needs to be unzipped. Again each file is labelled to correspond to a figure, and each file has a header explaining the data in that column.
