Examples of linear mixed effects model (LME) statistical analysis used in Dou et al., 2024

See .txt files included in this Zenodo repository for examples of commands used in RStudio to perform hypothesis testing for different parameters of SVP transport.

"LME" commands were used with the R package "nlme".

Also, see "CSV_WTvR1441H_Antero.csv" for an example of how data was formatted for import into RStudio for analysis. Importantly, the file must be saved as a "Microsoft Excel Comma Separated Values File," not an Excel Workbook.
