Review document and recommendation on the use of Copernicus products and services supporting water management.

Deliverable 3.3 for Work Package 3 on Water Quantity. In this deliverable, WP3 performed a literature review on the use of remote sensing products for water management, in order to identify ongoing applications, while gathering common gaps and recommendations by end users that can be considered towards the roadmap.
