Kvalita odrôd pšenice testovaných v pokusoch ECOBREED

Organic farming is becoming increasingly popular, as shown by the steady growth of certified organic land worldwide and in Slovakia. The results of wheat quality in ECOBREED trials were analysed in a paper for Slovak farmers. In terms of quantity and quality of production, low inputs were reflected by lower yields on average, and lower protein and wet gluten contents.
