Dal genere alla nonviolenza: spunti pedagogici negli sviluppi del pensiero di Judith Butler | From gender to nonviolence: pedagogic cues in the evolution of Judith Butler's thought

Description
The article is about the connection between Judith Butler’s Gender Theory and their recent perspective of nonviolence and upon the concepts characterizing this connection. Butler grounds their nonviolent reflection upon the concept of “grievability”, from which should descend every comprehension of the subject as part of the humankind and as prerequisite of nonviolent relationships. Moreover, Butlers’ considerations upon Freud’s thinking about war, death and aggressivity are highlighted; as well as an actual perspective on nonviolent education, as it emerges from a dialogue, focused on the necessity of disarming forms of violence, contained in the framing of the youth in the education systems, that seem to be aimed at a selective and homologating function.
