Description
This repository contains the morphological dataset and cell viability data created for the article Drug-induced cytotoxicity prediction in muscle cells, an application of the Cell Painting assay. It contains per-well morphological profiles captured with the C2C12 cell line via a Cell Painting high-content microscopy experiment. Data has been standardized to each plate DMSO controls with the Robust MAD method.
