Neue resistente Sorten im Öko-Kartoffelanbau?

  • 1. Naturland – Verband für ökologischen Landbau

Description

Late blight (Phytophthora infestans) is the most important pathogen in organic potato production, which is currently mostly
prevented by multiple sprays of copper. By growing tolerant varieties the use of copper could be significantly reduced.
This would be an environmentally friendly alternative and an important step forward in successful organic potato growing.
