Description

This repository contains a set of Matlab scripts to produce the ATOMIX Shear Probes subgroup benchmark dataset descriptor figures, and a Python script to check that the format and attributes of a netCDF dataset conform to the recommended ATOMIX format.

ATOMIX “Analyzing ocean turbulence observations to quantify mixing” is the Working Group 160 under the Scientific Committee on Oceanographic Research (SCOR). More details can be found on https://wiki.app.uib.no/atomix.
