Problems of Linguistic Alienation Between the Besieging Language and The Spreading Language - The Model of The Algerian Immigrant in France -

Abstract: The phenomenology of linguistic alienation in societies of attraction is a topic that raises many problems, given the linguistic policy of these countries that imposes ideological linguistic templates at the expense of the mother tongue of immigrants, because language today is an intellectual battle between countries. At a time when peoples took a leap and achieved progressive leaps thanks to their mother tongue, the language of their ancestral nationality and heritage. Because it was adopted as the language of daily communication, the language of science, research and economics. The Algerian immigrant remains a prisoner of the linguistic historical factor and loyal to the destroyed language, after which he lives in a state of linguistic alienation in the host countries. The linguistic rift deepens in countries of attraction between the besieging language, in the form of a stranglehold on the mother tongue, and the spreading language due to the expansion of the use of the French language.

إشكاليات الاغتراب اللغوي بين اللغة الحاصرة و اللغة الناشرة - نموذج المهاجر الجزائري في فرنسا -

 الملخص: إن فينومينولوجيا  الاغتراب اللغوي في مجتمعات الجذب موضوع يطرح عديد الإشكاليات  نظرا لما تفرضه السياسة اللغوية لهذه الدول من قوالب لغوية مؤدلجة على حساب لغة المهاجر الأم  لأن اللغة اليوم هي معركة فكرية بين الدول، ففي وقت قفزت فيه شعوب  و حققت طفرات تقدمية بفضل لغتها الأم، لغة قوميتها أجدادها و ميراثها، لأنها اعتمدتها كلغة تخاطب  يومي، لغة العلم  و البحث و الاقتصاد. يبقى المهاجر الجزائري سجين العامل التاريخي لغويا و وفيَا للغة المستدمر، ليعيش بعدها حالةً من الاغتراب اللغوي في الدول المضيفة، حيث يتعمق الشَرخ اللغوي  في  دول الجذب بين  اللغة الحاصرة  على شاكلة تضييق الخناق على اللغة الأم، و اللغة الناشرة بسبب  تمدد استعمالية اللغة الفرنسية  .
