The files are named by the rule 'Rawdata_#laser name_#record starting wavelength _#record ending wavelength_# set chirp rate'.

Raw data contains three varietes.
Variety 'beat' is the recorded beat signal generated by the chirping laser and optical frequency comb.
Variety 'fs' is the sample rate.
Variety 'time' is the signal's time.
Time zero is triggered by the beating signal generated by the chirping laser and a reference laser.
