D1.2 Data Management Plan v1

The Data Management Plan V1 describes the data that we will generate and acquire throughout the project, including how we manage, describe and store the data.
INSPIRE will strengthen existing infrastructure and provide new tools for knowledge sharing and transnational learning on gender equality in R&I, both online and offline. In order to address the project’s objectives, INSPIRE will reuse existing data sources but also generate new data. Our data needs are well aligned with the research objectives, to reduce our data “footprint” to the absolute required minimum.

This data management plan provides a summary of the data that we will re-use and generate as well as a description of the types and formats of the data that we produce/ reuse. It also specifies the utility of this data beyond the consortium.

Operating within the FAIR framework we aim to make the data findable, accessible, interoperable, as well as increasing data re-use.
Data security as well as ethical principles are described.
