Spatial Transcriptomic analysis (GeoMx) of SNc ventral tier dopamine cells in control and PD subjects
- 1. The University of Sydney
Description
The repository includes Spatial Transcriptomic datasets generated by Nanostring GeoMx (Hu WTA) analysis of SNc ventral tier TH+ cells from Controls (n=10) and Early Parkinson's Disease subjects (n=8). A total 73 Regions of Interest were analysed. The processed counts and metadata are provided as an R Seurat object (geomx_110124_seurat.v5.Rdata). In addition raw DCC files are provided (DCC_Rademacher_2024.zip). The data was generated as part of the study Rademacher et al.,"Chronic hyperactivation of midbrain dopamine neurons causes preferential dopamine neuron degeneration", 2024.
