The study begins by delving into the theoretical underpinnings of transformational leadership, emphasizing its key attributes such as charisma, intellectual stimulation, individualized consideration, inspirational motivation, and idealized influence. These qualities  are expected to create a conducive atmosphere for innovation, collaboration, and heightened performance outcomes. This work aims to providing empirical insights into the relationship between transformational leadership, employee engagement, and organizational performance. The findings offer valuable implications for organizational leaders seeking to understand and leverage transformational leadership styles for enhanced employee engagement and sustained business success in dynamic and competitive environments.
