Diagnosis. The wingspan is 22.0–27.0 mm in males and 24.0–27.0 mm in females (Chen & Wu 2020). The forewing length is 13.0–13.5 mm in the specimens of both sexes examined. Gandhara jieenchenae is morphologically very similar to G. conica and the detailed comparison is provided above in the diagnosis of the latter species.

Distribution. Endemic to Taiwan Island (Chen & Wu 2020).
