Description
Hydrometra maindroni Hungerford & Evans, 1934 (Hemiptera: Heteroptera: Hydrometridae: Hydrometrinae), previously known only from the Arabian Peninsula (Oman and the United Arab Emirates), is recorded for the first time from Iran (Hormozgan). The distribution of the species is reviewed.
