A brief description of the data fields for the probe soil moisture data in the
csv data file.

time:		UTC
latitude: 	Degrees North
longitude: 	Degree East
rod_length: 	Length of rod used on probe in inches
probe_vwc: 	volumetric water content of 0-10 cm soil measured by the probe (m3/m3)
fitted_vwc: 	volumetric water content of 0-10 cm soil when linear fit
            	applied to gravimetric analysis of collocated soil samples with probe
	    	meaasurements (m3/m3)
temp_soil: 	soil surface temperature in Kelvin
EC: 		Electrical conductivity in dS/m
time_flag: 	0 = good data, 1 = manually corrected time due to GPS timing error
probe_vwc_flag: 0 = good data, 1 = suspect data exceeds expected loam porosity limit
                of 0.50 m3/m3
fitted_vwc_flag: 0 = good data, 1 = suspect data exceeds expected loam porosity limit
                 of 0.50 m3/m3
EC_flag: 	 0 = good data, 1 = Data exceeds 2 dS/m so soil retrieval likely has
		 errors great than the +/- 0.03 m3/m3 random error of the sensor
		 retrieval.
