This folder contains the compressed files I will upload to Zenodo and that need to be downloaded for the Github scripts to work.

Need to remember to remove the soft links to these files before uploading everything to Github.

These are:

- all_mut_matrices.tsv.gz: A single file with all the mutational matrices derived using FoldX.

- Results_solution_space.tar.gz: The results of exploring the solution space of the sytem of equations.

- Results_pdup1.tar.gz: Results of the all the different types of simulations we ran with pdup = 1.

- Structures.tar.gz: Contains several intermediate files obtained along the process of working with the PDB structures, from the generation of
biological assemblies to the generation of the mutational matrices. The only intermediate step not contained in this folder is the raw files
from the mutagenesis (005_mutatex folder). However, the processed results are found in the following folders.
