Large elastoplastic deformation of growing concentric cylinders (Matlab code)

The repository contains MATLAB-based spectral-element code that calculates the distribution of stresses and displacements in concentric elastoplastic growing cylinders undergoing large deformation. The code is used to generate figures in the manuscript Yarushina, V., Podladchikov, A. and Vershinin, A. "A Micromechanical Model for Mineral Replacement Reactions and Associated Deformation: From Pore Clogging to Solid Volume Increase," submitted to the American Journal of Science.
