Docker image built from the reference repository/commit by roboneuro, based on the latest change by the author, using repo2docker (through BinderHub). 
To run locally, first download this tar.gz file, then: 

  1. docker load < DockerImage_10.55458_NeuroLibre_00017_5694fa.tar.gz
  2. Download the dataset from and unzip the folder (to Dataset_10.55458_NeuroLibre_00017_5694fa). From the same directory where this folder is located, run the following docker command
  3. docker run -it --rm -p 8888:8888 -v $PWD/Dataset_10.55458_NeuroLibre_00017_5694fa:/home/jovyan/data DOCKER_IMAGE_ID jupyter lab --ip
  4. Copy paste the URL that starts with to your web browser to access the Jupyter Lab running in the container.
  5. In the notebook update the data directory respectively (to `../data/PAM50-normalized-metrics-neurolibre/file...` instead of `../data/PAM50-normalized-metrics-neurolibre/PAM50-normalized-metrics-neurolibre/file...`)

please replace DOCKER_IMAGE_ID above with the respective ID of the Docker image loaded from the zip file.
