This is the code used for all analysis in the article Citizen Science Provides a Reliable and Scalable Tool to Track Disease-Carrying Mosquitoes, by John R.B. Palmer, Aitana Oltra, Francisco Collantes, Juan Antonio Delgado, Javier Lucientes, Sarah Delacour, Mikel Bengoa, Roger Eritja, and Frederic Bartumeus.
The code relies on the data archived at:

It also relies on several external data sources, which can be downloaded by following the instructions in A0.0_data_download.r. To run the code, make sure to change the paths.r folder as well as the initial setwd() call in each file, based on your own directory structure.
