Population variation of two viruses

Using an individual-based model, we simulate the behavior of two types of viruses, considering various variables (see README) that influence their generation and multiplication within a selected environment, such as a cell or lesion. The model allows us to manipulate the MOI (between variables a and b) and the bottleneck size (w) to study their effects on viral dynamics.
