Creation methodology of economic industrial areas in the region

The creation and development of special economic and industrial zones in the current stage of development of each state is an important condition for economic development and strengthening of foreign economic relations of each country. They contribute to the integrated and balanced development of the territory using natural raw and material resources, creating a logistics and cluster centre, organising production, increasing the competitiveness of a separate agglomeration and the country’s territory.

In this article is basically given the technique for creating special industrial zones in the regions of the lower reaches of the Amu Darya in Uzbekistan. It has analyzed such key issues in the creation of these zones as the industrial importance of economic and special zones in the economic regions, the concept of creating a special industrial zone, the conditions and factors for creating zones, the forms of organization and the degree of openness, industrial character and the output of competitive products of industrial zones and others the basic measures for the implementation of the concept.
