The dataset contains:

  • "AFM.rar" : AFM of LSMy thin films with composition y=0.85 and y=1.00.
  • "cell expansion_experimental and antisite model_Mn compositions.txt": measured lattice expansion and calculated by antisites model
  • "Defect chemistry models.xlsx". Excel worksheet containing the automatic calculation of the three defect chemistry models studied (dilute, Mn vacancies and La antisites)
  • "EDX_Mn compositions.txt" Mn/(La+Sr) ratios (y) measured by EDX
  • "fraction of 18O_exp and fittings.rar" 18O depth profiles measured by SIMS after the exchange at 650 ºC for 3540 s (for y=0.85 and y=1.00) and 4000 s (for y=0.88, y=0.94 and y=0.99) and depth profile fitting.
  • "lattice parameter_Mn composition.txt": evolution of lattice parameter measured by XRD vs Mn content.
  • "oxygen mass transport parameters.rar": diffusivity and oxygen exchange parameter extracted by SIMS for the samples with different Mn content.
  • "PALS intensities_Mn composition.txt": Relative intensities of Mn and La vacancies measured by PALS for different Mn content.
  • "positron lifetimes.rar" : Positron lifetimes of main defects (La and Mn vacancies) as a function of photon energy for different Mn content.
  • "RSM103.rar" Reciprocal SPace maps around 103 reflections of the thin films for different Mn content.
  • "TEM Figures_y0.85.pdf" Collection of TEM cross sectional figures of the sample with y=0.85.
  • "XRD.rar" theta-2theta scans of the LSMy thin films for different Mn content around the 002 reflection.
