Minor Changes MNE Scan

• Different coloring of fiducials in HPI widget. • Always write dev/head matrix and GOF to HPI channels to data stream when performing rtHPI.

MNE Lib Disp3D

• The tree item model was further cleaned up and refactored. • Redundant code of the tree item model was outsourced in abstract classes. • Created work around for Qt3D memory problems (QEntity deletion problems).

MNE

• Added new safeguarding mechanisms (channel names, projections size, etc.) in forward solution clustering functions.

FIFF

• We now read the new channel name conventions (no whitespaces between channel type and number) by default. • Added work around for missing Fiff info fields.

RtProcessing

• Refactored HPI threads to use new and safer QThread usage with signal/slot system. • Created new HPIFitData class to get rid of global function definitions, which were needed for QtConcurrent usage.

Deep

• Upgrade dependencies to CNTK v2 release

• Added FiffCov read unit-test • Added FiffDigitizerData read unit-test • Added MshDisplaySurfaceSet read unit-test

MNE Lib FIFF

• Ported FiffDigitzerData structure.

MNE

• Added fiducial alignment functions. • Ported more surface functions, I/O routines and data structures (MshDisplaySurface, etc.).

Disp3D

• Added new abstract classes for default 3D items and more sophisticated 3D surfaces. • Each default 3D item now features an appearance (opacity, color) and transformation (xyz translation, scale) option. • All 3D surface items now feature interactive changing of materials (i.e. tessellation material) via a material option.
