According to the FADN Survey, in 2022 Italian farms show a 15% increase in revenues, in line with the estimates on the economic accounts (EEA Eurostat 2023). The same farms have undergone a 31% increase in current costs. The factsheet highlights, however, how wide are the differences between the various types of companies and, above all, the high variability of the economic results, both in terms of revenues and costs and of the profitability of the work.
