User Behaviour Survey Final Report: The motivators/enablers, and barriers to sustainable Digital Research Infrastructure use
Description
Edge Hill University contribute on outreach to the broad community of users of digital research infrastructure (DRI). The report presents findings from surveying user behaviours and implicit attitudes to environmental sustainability and the sustainable use of DRI.
The survey covers aspects to do with running software and writing code, storing data, upgrading equipment and how digital technology is being used as an alternative to travel.
The information gathered by the survey will help the UKRI Net Zero project to understand how DRI is used and enable it to recommend appropriately targeted policy interventions.
