- Part 1: cwa is now detected ignoring case in g.inspectfile
- Part 2: Bug fixes in accounting for 25 hour days in part 2 day level analyses #728.
- Part 2: Seconds in activitylog timestamps are now handled by g.conv.actlog
- Part 2: Fixed #733 related to qwindows in the first recording day
- Part 4: argument sleeplogidnum deprecated.
- Part 1, 2, 4, 5: Fixes bug (#732 first half). Filenames are no longer ordered prior to processing which should make it more robust to work with raw data stratified across multiple subdirectories.
- Visual report: Now uses part 3 milestone data consistently as reference to avoid inconsistencies when part 3 milestone data files were not generated #732 (second half).
- Part 5: fixed minor bug when axivity light data is stored as factor in part 1.
