Functional Quantum Toolchain for MDPI Algorithms Submission

This is the entire Functional Quantum Toolchain source code at the time of submission of the first version of the MDPI Algorithms journal paper. The relevant functions for construction and specialisation of the Integer Long Division circuits are in the following files:

- src/circuits/math/LongDivision.hs, ParamSubtractor.hs, StaticComparators.hs
- src/core/QCSpecialiser.hs

For testing, the relevant unit tests can be found in:
