The dataset underlying the SMLM STORM super-resolution images of 'The anatomy of transcriptionally active chromatin loops in Drosophila primary spermatocytes using super-resolution microscopy'. See Biorxiv paper for details on sample preparation: https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/2022.07.27.500934v2, Pyranose Oxidase STORM buffer on Elyra 7 Zeiss Microscope, processed with Zen Black. Samples are named according to which figures they occur in the above paper. Please note: some localisation files contain data from two channels which do not necessarily show on the preview screenshot.
