Il sera ainsi possible d&amp;#39;am&amp;eacute;liorer la compr&amp;eacute;hension des effets des pr&amp;eacute;biotiques, probiotiques et symbiotiques sur la sant&amp;eacute;. Sur la base des preuves scientifiques solides obtenues r&amp;eacute;cemment, cette monographie est un ouvrage de r&amp;eacute;f&amp;eacute;rence tr&amp;egrave;s int&amp;eacute;ressant, destin&amp;eacute; &amp;agrave; informer un large public sur le microbiote intestinal et les concepts nutritionnels des pr&amp;eacute;biotiques et probiotiques.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
