SIMCor - Clinically driven Virtual Cohort Generator for aortic valve geometries

This video demonstrates the generator for virtual geometries of the aortic rude, including the aortic valve leaflets based on clinically driven features. Two clinically relevant features: the type of the left ventricular outlet (LVOT) shape, either convergent or divergent, as well as the angle between LVOT and the aorta can be specified. Based on a statistical shape model and appropriate filtering strategies, virtual patients featuring the specified anatomical characteristics are then generated.
