    "description": "<p><strong>&Ouml;zet</strong></p>\n\n<p>Von Meyenburg kompleksi (VMK), intrahepatik biliyer duktal plaklardan orijin alan konjenital bir hastal\u0131kt\u0131r. Genellikle, insidental olarak radyolojik g&ouml;r&uuml;nt&uuml;leme y&ouml;ntemleri ile saptanmakta olup, karakteristik manyetik rezonans (MR) bulgular\u0131 ile histopatolojik incelemeye gerek kalmaks\u0131z\u0131n te\u015fhis edilmektedir. VMK hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131, primer malignitesi bulunan olgularda metastatik karaci\u011fer hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile kar\u0131\u015fabilmektedir. Bu &ccedil;al\u0131\u015fmada, VMK hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n karakteristik MR bulgular\u0131n\u0131n bir olgu &uuml;zerinden sunulmas\u0131 ama&ccedil;land\u0131.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Abstract</strong></p>\n\n<p>The Von Meyenburg complex (VMC) is a congenital disease originating from intrahepatic bile ductal plates. It is usually detected incidentally by imaging methods and diagnosed by characteristic magnetic resonance (MRI) findings without histopathological examination. VMC disease may be confused with metastatic liver disease, especially in patients with primary malignancy. In this study, it was aimed to present the characteristic MRI findings of VMC disease through a case.</p>",
